This document (AI Disclaimer) sets out how artificial intelligence features operate inside NestIQ Wealth and their limitations. It applies to your use of the NestIQ Wealth platform (the "Service") operated by NestIQ Holdings Limited ("NestIQ", "we", "us").

By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this document as in force from time to time.

NestIQ Wealth uses AI models to assist with analysis, generate written commentary, summarise numeric outputs and draft executive-style reports. AI does not transact, execute trades, or make decisions on your behalf.
