1. Overview
This document (Subscription Terms) sets out how paid subscriptions to NestIQ Wealth are billed, renewed, cancelled and refunded. It applies to your use of the NestIQ Wealth platform (the "Service") operated by NestIQ Holdings Limited ("NestIQ", "we", "us").
2. Acceptance
By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this document as in force from time to time.
3. Scope
This document forms part of a wider legal framework that includes the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, AI Disclaimer, Financial Disclaimer and Risk Warning. Where any of those documents apply, they should be read together.
4. Billing Cycles
Subscriptions are billed on the interval selected at purchase (monthly or annually). Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled from Settings → Billing.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No pro-rated refunds are provided except where required by law.
7. Refunds
Refunds may be granted at our discretion for material service failures. Statutory rights (including the UK 14-day cooling-off period where applicable) are unaffected.
8. In-App Purchases
Where subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, their respective terms and refund policies also apply.
9. Advertising Disclosures
Where advertising is displayed in the Service, we will clearly label sponsored content and comply with the ASA CAP Code.
Governing Law
This document is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
